| All servers at TrustyWebHosting.com are Linux & Windows servers running CentOS 5 & Windows Server 2003. Customers are being setup on (Woodcrest or Clovertown) Dual processor 1.34Ghz 8 core (2 x 8MB cache) with minimum 6 GB of memory. We are running a raid1 setup with Sata2 2000GB drives. |

| How long does it take to setup my account? |
For security purposes, all orders with TrustyWebHosting.com are manually checked for fraud.
Typically:
- Shared and Reseller accounts are set up instantly upon receiving your payment but after checking the new account manually we might terminate it if it was detected as fraud..
- Dedicated Servers takes 24-48 hours to set up.
Upon signing up, you'll receive an email stating that TrustyWebHosting.com has received your order and is processing it. You may then receive an email which states if you have balances that need to be paid prior to account activation. After your order has been paid verified, you will receive your welcome email and be on your way to getting your web site online with TrustyWebHosting.com.
Please note that if you wish to pay with a regular check, money order, cash, Western Union, bank wire etc., it may take longer to activate your account while we wait to receive payment. Paying with credit card, e-gold, paypal, moneybookers and cashU will setup your account instantly. |

| Can I host friends? |
| Yes, you may host your friends. If you want your friends to have their own control panels for their sites, you'll need to get a reseller account. |

| Will you place ads on my site? |
TrustyWebHosting.com will NOT place ads on your site. That is one of the many advantages of having a paid host.
We do have a default 404 page that can be replaced in a few seconds with your own that we recommend doing to help maximize your traffic. If you aren't sure how to do this open a ticket with us and we will be happy to do it for you. A 404 page is what loads when someone visits a page on your site that doesn't exist. |

| Am I the owner of the new domain name you register when I sign up? |
| Yes! The domain name is registered under your name, you are its opwner and you have full control on it. You can mange it from your meber's area. |

| We do not have any hidden fees. All fees are listed up front along with the particular service provided. And No, we will never ever increase our prices after you sign up, as a matter of fact all prices will freeze upon signing up. |

| With every TrustyWebHosting, Inc. hosting account you will have unlimited access via our control panel or FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your Web pages on your own computer, on your own time, and upload files to your Web site at your leisure. |

| Can I use more than one domain per account? |
TrustyWebHosting, Inc. allows you to point (park) unlimited domains per account.
Essentially, you can have a limited add-on domains per account. the number of add-ons is all up to the plan which you have signed up for. Add-on domains means additional domain names sharing the space of your main account or main domain name. |

| Do you provide log file access? |
| TrustyWebHosting, Inc. provides all customers with access to their raw log files. The log files store the information of all requests made to their website. Log files take up a considerable amount of space. We recommend customers download their log files on a regular basis, as we delete log files every 30-60 days. |
