If our services did not exceed your expectations, you can request to receive a full refund within the first 30-days (less credit card/paypal processing fees and domain cost if we have offered a free domain with your hosting plan and account setup fee even it was waived upon signing up). After this period, even if you have prepaid for 3,6,12 or 24 months, you can still request a refund for unused portion of your contract (Excludes the current billing cycle). The refund amount will be calculated by the contract length, minus the number of months used, less any additional services or over-usage, payment processing fees, any discounts or promotions will be caluculated as normal prices (eg: if you got a month free than when refunding this would be calculated as normal month and you will have to pay for the services used during it...) account setup fee (even it was waived upon signing up) and free domain cost (Free domain cost is calculated at the cost of $15.00 per year).
