| 12 Steps to follow... |

| step1:
Open Outlook. Click on Tools and choose Email Accounts. |

| step2:
Click on View or change existing email accounts and click Next. |
 |

| step3: If you attempted to create any email accounts but were unsuccessful, you can remove them from here. Otherwise, click Add.. |

| step4:
Choose POP3 and click Next. |
 |
| |
| step5: For User Info, type your name and full email address. For Logon Info, type your full email address as the username, and your password, don't forget to tick remember password, For Server Info, type mail.domainname.com for both SMTP and POP3. |

| step6:
Now click on More Settings and then go to Outgoing server. |
 |
| |
| step7:
When you are in Outgoing Server tick on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authetication, then choose log on using and fill the fields, don't forget to tick remember password. |

| step8:
If you are unable to connect to the smtp server, your ISP may be blocking port 25 from 3rd party use, if this occurs go to Advanced and use 26 as your Outgoing Server (SMTP) port as below. If you are still unable tos end mail then you have to contact your ISP and ask them to enable port 25 &/or 26. |

| step9:
Now it is time to test your settings by clicking Test Account Settings. |

If all settings are correct as this tutorial mentions, then your test will be successful, please not sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes for your settings to resolve with the server, if for any reason, you get an error for POP3 &/or SMTP, then you should wait 15 minutes before you try your test again. |

If your test was successful, click next and your account will be shown in the list of email accounts configured in Outlook. Click Finish. Iif at anytime you need to modify your email account you come here and click on change, To remove it just click on remove, to create another email account just click on Add. |

After clicking finish as shown above, you will be now on your microsoft outlook 2003 and ready to send &/or receive emails... Congratulations your are done! |
